Coaching is not only an efficient tool in relation to personal development of individuals. Also teams can benefit from coaching by strengthening cooperation and results.

Coaching of reflective teams, group coaching and two-way coaching are just some of the methods that can be applied to facilitate the development potential in a team. Coaching of teams contributes to creating a 'free' space where there is sufficient time and energy for dialogue, reflection and learning, and where the participants think about and reflect on their dual role as an individual and a team member.

Strengths and weaknesses are most prevalent in close relations with other individuals – for example in a team.
