Across cultures, norms and nations
Managers need special competencies and skills to operate in an international environment.

They must master languages, understand and be open towards cultural differences, and at the same time have courage to maintain ideas and norms in unfamiliar surroundings.

Knowing and understanding different business conducts, which are often manifested in expectations to the managers and other ways of conducting meetings and performing work tasks, is also a crucial competency for the international manager.

Examples of Humans House solutions:

  • Individual training in connection with outplacement or international projects with focus on a specific country or region.
  • Teaching, sparring and training in methods and knowledge to fill up the manager’s international tool box.
  • Training of Danish-based managers who manage cross-cultural work groups.
  • Training of Danish managers abroad who cooperate and perform management in a cross-cultural framework.
  • Training of foreign managers who perform management in Denmark.

Training of international managers who work with clients and employees in cosmopolitan environments.
