| Culture is an important aspect of international cooperation. An international organisation, and in international cooperation generally, organisation culture and cooperation partners will be influenced by national cultures. Getting insight into how culture affects daily work life and insight into personal perceptions of cooperation partners’ culture significantly improves interaction between and understanding of cooperation partners and colleagues. Human House takes a culture-sociological approach to organisation culture. When working with international culture we use, for instance, ’Culture in The Workplace Questionnaire’; a tool based on Geert Hofstede’s 5 cultural dimensions.
In connection with international assignments we make extensive use of our ITAP network, which is an exclusive organisation of consultancy companies with representation in 25 countries worldwide.
Examples of Human House solutions:
- Cultural understanding, analysis and development in connection with setup and development of international organisations.
- Management training of international management groups.
